溶 dissolve
範圍註 ：
在此種視覺效果中，一個鏡頭會在另一個鏡頭淡入時淡出。進來畫面的起始和出去畫面的結束都短暫地在銀幕上一起被看到，典型的畫面的溶暗/疊化畫面時間長度為兩秒鐘。畫面的溶暗/疊化畫面最早是用來暗示從一處遷移到另一處的地理位置改變或者是時間的流逝，而在電影檢查的年代中，這就暗示著無法在銀幕上描繪出來的性行為。後來，畫面的溶暗/疊化畫面的光學本質就被用來製作出更具有色調的各種效果，例如一個角色的心理狀態或者是幻想。

| 英文.... | Visual effect in which one scene fades out as another gradually fades in. Both the beginning of the incoming shot, and the end of the outgoing shot are both seen on the screen together briefly, the typical length of a dissolve being two seconds. The dissolve was first used to imply geographic moves from one place to another or passage of time, and during the era of censorship, the suggestion of sexual activity that could not be depicted on screen. Later on, the optical nature of the dissolve was used for more tonal effects, such a character's state of mind or a fantasy. |
