範圍註 :
由朝鮮傳入日本的珠飾,具有宗教意義,以硬玉、瑪瑙、滑石、水晶或碧玉刻製而成,形似逗號,大小從數公釐至五公分不等;發現於日本的史前古墓,普遍認為人類從日本的信史時代到古墳時代(西元300-710年間),曾將勾玉佩戴於身。

英文....Beads with religious significance that were introduced to Japan from Korea. They are found in the prehistoric graves of ancient Japan and it is thought that they were worn on the body from the beginning of Japan's recorded history up until the Kofun period (300-710). These beads were carved from jadeite, agate, talc, glass or jasper usually into comma shapes and varied in size from a few millimeters to five centimeters.
