英文....	Rules or principles of conduct, morality or prudence, expressed in sententious form. It is often used specifically for precepts of morality or prudence occurring in Old English verse, or for self-evident propositions assumed as a premiss in mathematical or dialectical reasoning. The meaning of this term may overlap somewhat with "aphorisms."
荷蘭語....	Regels of beginselen met betrekking tot gedrag, ethiek of wijsheid, op moraliserende wijze geformuleerd. Vaak verwijst deze term in specifieke zin naar voorschriften met betrekking tot ethiek of wijsheid in Oudengelse verzen, of naar vanzelfsprekende beweringen die als vooronderstelling naar voren worden gebracht binnen een mathematische of dialectische redenering. Er kan enige overlapping optreden tussen deze term en 'aforismen'.
西班牙語....	Reglas o principios de conducta, moralidad o producencia expresados en forma de sentencia. Muchas veces empleado especialmente para preceptos morales o actos de prudencia en versos de inglés antiguo o para propuestas auto-evidentes que se asumen como premisas en matemáticas o de razonamiento dialéctico. El significado de este término se sobrepone de alguna manera con "aforismo".
