瑜珈(宗教概念) yoga(religious concepts)
範圍註 ：
指印度宗教裏訓練意念的方法及技巧，以求達到靈性洞察及安寧的完美狀態，並自因果及生死輪迴中獲得解脫。也可特指配合冥想的生理及呼吸訓練系統，作為瑜珈的部分戒律，以發揚對身心靈的調節。瑜珈可能來自非吠陀起源。時至今日的瑜珈類型多不勝數。在西方，瑜珈較被看重的，不是印度有神論哲學上的價值，而是其具生理與心理保健效果的活動或戒律。

It can specifically refer to systems of physical and breathing exercises combined with meditation practiced as part of the discipline of yoga to promote control of the body and mind. Yoga is probably of non-Vedic origin. Today there are many types of yoga. In the West, yoga is valued less as a Hindu theistic philosophy and more as an activity or discipline with mental and physical health benefits. |
