英文....	Refers to a type of glass produced in the town of Altare, near Genoa, Italy. The glass industry was established there in the 9th century by glassmakers from Normandy or Flanders. The term particularly refers to glass dating from the 15th century and later that was produced here, or that was made elsewhere based on techniques taught by Altare glassmakers. During this period Altare glassmakers imitated the highly sought-after and secret techniques of Venetian glassmakers, and they spread the secrets to other European centers.
荷蘭語....	Verwijst naar een type glas dat werd vervaardigd in de Italiaanse stad Altare, bij Genua. De glasindustrie was daar in de 9de eeuw gevestigd door glasblazers uit Normandië en Vlaanderen. De term verwijst in het bijzonder naar glas uit de 15de eeuw en later dat daar is geproduceerd, of dat elders ontstond op basis van technieken die men van de Altare-glasblazers had geleerd. Tijdens deze periode imiteerden de glasmakers van Altare de uiterst gewilde, geheime technieken van de Venetiaanse glasblazers, en verspreidden ze de geheimen naar andere centra in Europa.
西班牙語....	Se refiere a un tipo de vidrio producido en el pueblo de Altare, cerca de Génova, Italia. La industria de vidrio fue establecida allí en el siglo IX por vidrieros que provenían de Normandía o Flandes. El término se refiere en particular al vidrio del siglo XV y posterior producido aquí, o producido en otros lugares con las técnicas enseñadas por los vidrieros de Altare. Durante este período, los vidrieros de Altare imitaron las muy codiciadas y secretas técnicas de los vidrieros de Venecia, y difundieron esos secretos a los otros centros europeos.
