聖堂(特殊廳室) pastophoria
範圍註 ：
指神廟或教堂內的特殊廳室。古代神廟中，此廳室是「聖物箱持有人(pastophori)」使用的房間，該職位由神職人員擔任，在隊伍行進中手持神祇的聖物箱。根據傳統，耶路撒冷的神廟也有這種廳室，因此聖堂可用指模仿這類廳室的房間，一般位於古代教堂或現代希臘正教教堂的聖壇兩側。

| 英文.... | Refers to distinctive chambers in temples or churches. In ancient temples, the chambers were the apartments of the "pastophori," who were an order of priests who carried the shrines of the gods in procession. According to tradition, the Temple of Jerusalem also had such chambers, thus the term is applied to apartments that imitate these chambers and are typically located on either side of the bema in ancient churches or modern Greek Orthodox churches. |
| 荷蘭語.... | Verwijst naar onderscheiden vertrekken in tempels of kerken. In klassieke tempels waren deze vertrekken de verblijven van de 'pastophori', leden van een priesterorde die de relikwieën van de goden meedroegen in processies. Volgens de overlevering had ook de tempel in Jeruzalem zulke vertrekken, reden waarom de term ook verwijst naar ruimten die een nabootsing van deze vertrekken zijn en zich gewoonlijk bevinden aan weerszijden van de bema in klassieke kerken of moderne Grieks-orthodoxe kerken. |
