英文....	Drawing a piece of leather or rawhide over a stationary rigid edge, either by hand or by machine, to soften it and render it more pliable. Distinct from "perching" in that the leather moves and the tool is stationary.
荷蘭語....	Het trekken van stuk leer of ongelooide huid over een vaste, stijve rand, handmatig of machinaal, om het zachter en plooibaarder te maken. Te onderscheiden van #'perching' omdat het leer beweegt en het gereedschap stilstaat.
西班牙語....	Tensar una pieza de cuero o un pellejo sobre un borde rígido fijo, ya sea manual o mecánicamente, para suavizarlo y hacerlo más plegable. Diferente de "raspador” porque el cuero se desplaza y la herramienta queda fija.
