調解 mediation
範圍註 ：
由中立方介入一場糾紛，特別是勞資之間的糾紛，以促成協商、檢視雙方的論點並提出解決方法，但其提議對當事人雙方並無約束力。與「仲裁」不同，執行仲裁的中立方有權做出具約束力的決定。
