Use specifically for large, folded, rectangular envelopelike containers made usually though not exclusively from bison rawhide, characteristically decorated with painted designs, and used for the packing of dried meat and other dried foods, blankets, or clothing, for example.

Usado especialmente para recipientes parecidos a sobres grandes, plegados, y rectangulares hechos generalmente, pero no exclusivamente de cuero crudo de visón, característicamente decorados con diseños pintados y usados para el empaque de carne desecada u otras comidas, desecadas, mantas, o ropa, por ejemplo.
