雀類 finches
範圍註 ：
泛指數百種小型、具有圓錐形的喙、以種子為食的鳴禽，屬於雀形目中的幾個科，包括雀科中真正的雀鳥，以及鵐科、梅花雀科、金翅科與文鳥科中的蠟嘴雀、鵐、美洲麻雀與加拉巴哥群島(Galapagos islands)的達爾文雀。雖然不是近親關係，但雀類看起來十分相似，且通常具有顏色鮮豔的斑紋。
