焦慮 anxiety

意指由於情緒或心理上產生內在衝突，進而引發非理性的憂慮或恐懼感受。焦慮可能在特定情況下產生；也有可能是慣性或是常見與普遍的一種感受。焦慮通常與佛洛伊德對於壓抑感受與衝動所提出的論點有關；此外，亦與習得或制約反應機制的概念相關。反應機制的概念提到，某些事件或刺激如果在過去曾經造成恐怖或緊張的經驗，就會引發焦慮。

The feeling can be situation-specific, chronic, or general and diffuse. Often associated with Freudian ideas of suppressed feelings and impulses and with the idea of learned or conditioned response mechanism in which the anxiety is triggered by events or stimuli associated with circumstances that previously produced a frightening or stressful experience. |
