篝火燃燒 bonfire firing
範圍註 ：
指稱以露天生火或運用一個特殊的生火坑洞，以加熱的方式準備、燻製或轉化泥土或其他材料。它的特色為運用氧氣的自由循環流動，以使得材料之中的鐵質或者是其他的成分產生氧化作用，以及相對而言比較低的燃燒溫度。這與在窯爐之中燃燒是截然不同的，窯爐的結構可容許達到比較高的燃燒溫度，亦可將窯爐的空間封閉起來，以阻擋氧氣進入。

| 英文.... | Refers to the process by which an open fire or a special firing pit is used to prepare, cure, or transform clay or another material by means of heat. It is characterized by the free circulation of oxygen, which results in the oxidation of iron and other components in the material, and a relatively low firing temperature. It differs from firing in a kiln, where the structure of the kiln allows a higher firing temperature to be achieved and the space may be sealed from oxygen. |
