英文....	The process of making changes to an object or structure so that it will closely approximate its original state or other state at a specific time in its history. For changes not considering historical correctness, see "remodeling" or "renovation." When changes are made to prevent further deterioration, see "preservation." More generally, for treatment, preventive care, and research directed toward long-term safekeeping of cultural and natural heritage, see "conservation."
荷蘭語....	Wordt gebruikt wanneer men veranderingen aanbrengt aan een voorwerp of een bouwwerk, zodat de toestand waarin het zich voor de restauratie op een bepaald ogenblik bevond zo dicht mogelijk wordt benaderd. Wanneer er bij het aanbrengen geen rekening wordt gehouden met de historische context wordt 'herinrichten' en 'renoveren' gebruikt. Wanneer veranderingen worden aangebracht om verdere aantasting te voorkomen wordt 'behoud' gebruikt. De meest algemene term voor behandeling, preventieve zorg en onderzoek gericht op landurig behoud, is 'conservering'.
西班牙語....	Proceso de cambiar a un objeto o a una estructura, de modo que se aproxime a su estado historico. Para los cambios que no consideran la corrección histórica, utilizar "remodelar” o "renovación.” Cuando los cambios se realizan para prevenir el deterioro adicional, utilizar l"preservación.” Para el tratamiento, cuidado preventivo, e investigación dirigida hacia largo plazo utilize "conservación.”
