埃多 Edo(African culture)
範圍註 ：
指使用埃多語系之種族的風格與文化，此族群居住在奈及利亞貝南城（Benin City）外的本代爾州（Bendel State）。這些族群的語言雖然相關，卻並非全都能彼此互通。然而，埃多語系族群的源頭均可追溯至貝南王朝（Kindom of Benin）。其先祖在第九世紀至十八世紀間的數波移居潮中，陸續從貝南城中外移。由於與當地土著及其他鄰近地區居民的交流混血，這些種族的藝術因而反映出複雜的移民歷史與文化取借。

| 英文.... | Refers to the style and culture of Edo-speaking peoples living in Nigeria's Bendel state outside Benin City. While their languages are related, they are not all mutually intelligible. The Edo, however, all trace their origins to the Kingdom of Benin. Their ancestors migrated from Benin in a series of waves between the 9th and 18th centuries. These migrants intermixed with indigenous peoples and other settlers from neighboring areas, thus the arts of these peoples reflect a complex history of migration and cultural borrowing. |
| 荷蘭語.... | Verwijst naar de stijl en de cultuur van volkeren die de taal Edo spreken en woonachtig zijn in de staat Bendel in Nigeria, buiten de stad Benin. Hoewel hun talen gerelateerd zijn, verstaat men elkaar onderling niet. Volgens alle Edo-volkeren ligt hun oorsprong echter in het Koninkrijk van Benin. Hun voorouders migreerden vanuit Benin in een reeks golven tussen de 9de en de 18de eeuw. Deze migranten vermengden zich met inheemse volkeren en andere kolonisten uit naburige gebieden, waardoor de kunsten van deze volkeren een complexe geschiedenis van migratie en culturele ontlening weerspiegelen. |
| 西班牙語.... | Se refiere al estilo y cultura del pueblo edo parlante, que habita en Nigeria, en el estado de Bendel, en las afueras de Benin City. Aunque sus lenguas están relacionadas, éstas no inteligibles mutuamente. El edo, sin embargo, localiza sus orígenes al Reino de Benin. Sus antepasados migraron desde Benin en una serie de oleadas entre los siglox IX y XVIII. Sus integrantes se entremezclaron con habitantes autóctonos y otros pobladores de áreas vecinas, de manera que las artes de estas personas reflejan los préstamos de la compleja historia migratoria y cultural. |
