桃山時代 Momoyama
範圍註 ：
指西元1573年至1615年，織田信長及繼位人軍事獨裁期間的日本時代與風格。本時期最重要的建築表現是軍事堡壘，將原先分開來的堡壘與宮殿合為一建築單位，外部是大型石屋，與裝飾豐富的內部形成對比。本時期的繪畫多有裝飾，裝飾風格突顯的是豐富的結構、彎曲的線條、金色的背景，以及不擁擠的構圖。

| 英文.... | Refers to the Japanese period and style that developed during the military dictatorship of Nobunaga and his successors, from 1573 to 1615. The most significant architectural expression of the period was the military castle in which the previously separate fortress and palace were combined into one architectural unit, characterized by massive masonry exteriors that contrast with opulently decorated interiors. Painting of the period is characterized by a decorative style that emphasizes rich textures and curving lines, gold backgrounds, and uncrowded compositions. |
| 荷蘭語.... | Verwijst naar de Japanse periode en stijl die zich ontwikkelde tijdens de militaire dictatuur van Nobunaga en zijn troonopvolgers, van 1573 tot 1615. De meest opmerkelijke architectonische prestatie in deze tijd was het militaire kasteel waarin het voorheen afzonderlijke fort en paleis werden gecombineerd tot één architectonische eenheid, en dat zich kenmerkte door de zware gemetselde buitenzijden die scherp contrasteerden met de weelderig gedecoreerde interieurs. Het schilderwerk uit deze periode kenmerkt zich door een decoratieve stijl waarbij de nadruk ligt op drukke structuren en golvende lijnen, gouden achtergronden en lege composities. |

La expresión arquitectónica más significativa del período era el castillo militar en el cual la fortaleza y el palacio previamente separados fueron combinados en una unidad arquitectónica, caracterizado por los exteriores masivos de albañilería que ponen en contraste con los interiores opulentamente adornados. La pintura del período es caracterizada por un estilo decorativo que acentuá texturas y las composiciones con líneas curvas y fondos del oro. |
