集中營 concentration camps

指不屬於一般正常拘留體系所設置的拘留中心，當中的人因為軍事或政治安全因素而被限制拘留，或因為被處罰或遭到剝削而被拘禁。人們一般是受到法令或軍事命令之裁示而被監禁，被監禁者通常包括某些社會階層或是群體，而不考量他們個人的罪責。
