刺槐豆膠 locust bean gum
範圍註 ：
將角豆種子研磨成精細粉末製成的樹脂，粉末溶於熱水中，冷卻後即形成一種具穩定性的膠體，是絕佳的薄膜形成物。此種樹脂可以做為染料稠化劑，也可作為食品、化妝品、織品，以及紙張的塗料。埃及木乃伊的裹屍布上也驗出有刺槐豆膠的成分。
