範圍註：

於南非開普省出現的在地建築風格，自西元1652年開始發展，直至西元1796年荷蘭東印度公司結束其統治為止，然而在那之後數十年，最晚到1874年，仍可見到此種風格建築的興建。此建築風格的特色為建物正面與兩側的山形牆、寬達6公尺的陡峭茅草屋頂，以及以粗礫石、黏土或軟磚築成、上塗灰泥及稀石灰的牆面。

Domestic architectural style of the Cape provinces of South Africa, developed mainly in the period from 1652 until the end of the rule of the Dutch East India Company in 1796 and for a generation further, some examples being built as late as 1874. Characteristic elements include front and end gables, steep thatched roofs with a span of about six meters, and thick rubble, clay, or soft-brick walls, plastered and limewashed.
荷蘭語....	Specifieke bouwstijl van de Zuid-Afrikaanse Kaapprovincies, die zich met name heeft ontwikkeld in de periode tussen 1652 en het einde van de overheersing door de Verenigde Oost-Indische Compagnie in 1796 en een generatie daarna. Er zijn zelfs nog voorbeelden uit 1874 bekend. Kenmerkende elementen zijn de geveltoppen voor en achter, de steile rieten daken met een spanwijdte van circa zes meter, en dikke muren van puin, klei of zachte bakstenen, die vervolgens zijn gepleisterd en witgekalkt.
西班牙語....	Arquitectura doméstica de estilo de las provincias del Cabo de Sudáfrica, desarrollada principalmente en el periodo entre 1652 hasta el final de la administración de la Compañía Indo-Holandesa en 1796 y hasta la siguiente generación, algunos ejemplos fueron construidos incluso hasta 1874. Las características elementales incluyen techos de dos aguas tanto en el frente como en el posterior, cubiertas quinchadas pronunciadas con una extensión de hasta seis metros y con escombros, arcilla o paramentos de ladrillo, revoque y lechada de cal.
