胡圖 Hutu
範圍註 ：
描述同名非洲族群的文化風格，此族群主要居住於蒲隆地與盧安達，但亦可見於烏干達、坦尚尼亞與剛果民主共和國。胡圖人於西元前一千年至西元前五百年前後來到大湖地區。胡圖人與當地的俾格米特瓦人（Twa pygmy）混居，並建立以家庭為基礎的農業社會。於西元十四或十五世紀間，胡圖人逐漸淪入游牧民族圖西人（Tutsi）的掌控，受到以圖西貴族為首的封建體系宰制。於西元1959年至1961年間，圖西人在盧安達所建立的君主政權被推翻。而歐洲殖民時期在兩族間所造成的衝突，至今尚未平復。

| 英文.... | Describes works produced by the African people of the same name living mainly in Burundi and Rwanda, but also in Uganda, Tanzania, and Democratic Republic of Congo. The Hutu came into the Great Lakes region around 1000 to 500 BCE. Among the resident Twa pygmy peoples, they established an agrarian society based on the family unit. They were gradually dominated by a feudal system headed by the aristocracy of the nomadic Tutsi people in the 14th or 15th century. The Tutsi monarchy in Rwanda was overthrown 1959-1961. The European colonial period created tensions between the two groups that remain problematic. |
| 荷蘭語.... | Beschrijft werken die zijn vervaardigd door het gelijknamige Afrikaanse volk, dat hoofdzakelijk in Burundi en Rwanda leeft, maar ook in Uganda, Tanzania en de Democratische Republiek Congo. De Hutu's vestigden zich rond 1000 tot 500 v. Chr. in het Grote Meren-gebied. Te midden van de inheemse Twa-pigmeeënvolkeren stichtten ze een agrarische gemeenschap op basis van familie-eenheden. In de 14de en 15de eeuw werd dit systeem geleidelijk verdrongen door een feodaal systeem, onder aanvoering van de aristocratische leden van het nomadenvolk de Tutsi's. De omverwerping van de Tutsi-monarchie in Rwanda vond plaats in de jaren 1959-1961. In de Europese koloniale periode ontstonden er spanningen tussen de twee groepen, die voortdurend tot problemen hebben geleid. |
