英文....	Staffs used primarily for ceremonial or ritual purposes rather than as weapons, for walking, or other practical purposes. For weapons consisting of a long staff of wood, often tipped with iron at both ends, use "quarterstaffs." For staffs used by regents as symbols of power, use "scepters."
