下繞縫訂 tying down
範圍註 ：
將製作好的堵頭布與書心接合的過程，將製作堵頭布的線繞到書脊的鎖線打結點之下，穿過書頁束的摺頁處之後，再返回繞過堵頭布心的周圍。此過程有時會貫穿所有的書頁束，有時則是間隔幾個書頁束才進行穿訂。
