英文....	Long, usually narrow, buildings or spaces in which ropes are made, generally by spinning fibers into yarns, twisting yarns into strands, and twisting three or more strands into rope; usually producing rope for marine and seafaring industries and often located at or near seaports. Distinct from "roperies" which are used generally for any type of rope-making plant housed in any type of structure or space.
荷蘭語....	Lange, meestal smalle gebouwen of ruimten waarin touwen worden gemaakt, meestal door vezels tot draden te spinnen, draden tot strengen te draaien en drie of meer strengen samen te draaien tot touw.
西班牙語....	Edificio o espacio largo, generalmente estrecho, en el que se fabrican sogas. Por lo general, mediante el tejido de fibras en hilo, el trenzado del hilo en cuerdas, y el trenzado de tres o más cuerdas en una soga. Generalmente, producen sogas para la industria marinera y, con frecuencia, se localizan en o cerca de los puertos. Se diferencia de "roperies”, que designa generalmente cualquier tipo de planta fabricadora de sogas alojada en cualquier tipo de estructura o espacio.
