膏藥罐 albarelli

範圍註：

主要於西元十五至十八世紀間在中東、西班牙和義大利製造的特殊藥罐，用於盛裝藥膏、藥粉或顏料粉末，一般約七吋或八吋高，多為錫釉陶器（maiolica）或彩陶（faience），圓柱形的罐體兩側內凹或具弧度以方便抓握，寬闊的開口則方便取用藥物，一般不附蓋子，只在罐口用紙張或羊皮紙覆蓋後在邊緣綁住；原來的設計不是用來盛裝液體，因此通常不具罐嘴、把手或是外凸的瓶身，僅少數具有手握範圍窄小的握把。

英文....	Refers to distinctive drug jars produced primarily in the Middle East, Spain, and Italy, generally between the 15th and 18th centuries. They were used to hold ointments and dry powders for medicinal use or for pigments for painting. They are typically around 7 or 8 inches tall, are often made of maiolica or faience, and are cylindrical in shape, but with concave or incurved sides to enable easy grasping; they are typically wide-mouthed for easy access. They occasionally have close-set handles, but were not intended to hold liquids and, therefore, do not have spouts, lips, handles, or convex forms. They typically do not have lids; instead, a piece of paper or parchment was tied around the rim to cover for the jar.
荷蘭語....	Verwijst naar opvallende medicijnpotten die tussen de 15de en 18de eeuw werden geproduceerd, hoofdzakelijk in het Midden-Oosten en in Spanje en Italië. Ze waren bedoeld als houder voor zalven en geneesmiddelen in droge poedervorm, of voor verfpigmenten. Ze zijn meestal 18 à 20 centimeter hoog, vaak van majolica of faience, en cilindrisch van vorm, met holle of verdiepte zijkanten om het vastpakken te vergemakkelijken; veelal zijn ze voorzien van een brede opening om de inhoud gemakkelijker bereikbaar te maken. Soms hebben ze dicht bij elkaar geplaatste handvatten. Ze zijn evenwel niet bedoeld voor het bewaren van vloeistof en zijn daarom niet voorzien van een tuit of rand en meestal niet van handvatten, en hebben evenmin een bolle vorm. Doorgaans hebben ze geen deksel, en werd een stukje papier of perkament rond de rand gebonden om de pot af te dekken.
西班牙語....	Refiérase a botes característicos producidos principalmente en el Medio Oriente, España e Italia, generalmente entre los siglos XV y XVIII. Se usaban para guardar unguentos y polvos secos para uso medicinal o pigmentos para pintar. Tienen generalmente de 7 a 8 pulgadas de alto, a menudo están hechos de mayólica o cerámica vidriada y son de forma cilíndrica, pero con lados cóncavos o curvados hacia adentro para permitir un agarre fácil y de boca ancha para un acceso fácil. Ocasionalmente tienen asas colocadas una al lado de la otra, pero como no estaban destinados a contener líquidos no tienen picos, labios, asas o formas convexas. Usualmente no tienen tapa; en su lugar se ataba un trozo de papel o pergamino alrededor del borde para tapar el bote.
