英文....	Desks and bookcases with a hinged one-piece round lid or cover that resembles a section of a cylinder and which rolls up into the desk top; chiefly made in the late 18th and early 19th centuries. For similar desks without a bookcase use "cylinder fall desks."
荷蘭語....	Bureaus en boekenkasten met een scharnierend, rond deksel of bedekking die op een gedeelte van een cilinder lijkt en in de schrijftafel kan worden gerold. Ze werden voornamelijk aan het eind van de 18e en het begin van de 19e eeuw gemaakt. Gebruik 'cylinder fall desks' voor soortgelijke bureaus zonder boekenkast.
