指幾種不同的對稱式桁架，包括：1) 由三個等腰三角形所組成，位居中央的三角形之底邊做為底弦桿，而另兩個外部三角形之底邊則做為高弦桿之斜邊；2) 三角形形式，內含斜角部位，產生W型之結構；3) 矩形形式，內含少部分垂直結構以及數個不同長度的斜角網狀部份。

英文....	Refers to a variety of symmetrical trusses: those in the form of three isosceles triangles with one triangle in the center with its base along the bottom chord and each of the outer two triangles having its base along the sloping side at an upper chord, or those in the form of triangles with diagonal members forming W-shapes, or those in the form of rectangles with few verticals in proportion to numerous diagonal web members of different lengths.
荷蘭語....	Te gebruiken voor een aantal symmetrische gebinten: die welke in de vorm van drie gelijkbenige driehoeken waarvan één driehoek in het centrum ligt met de onderkant langs de onderligger en waarvan de twee buitenste driehoeken met hun onderkant langs de schuine zijde bij een bovenligger liggen, of die welke in de vorm van driehoeken waarvan de diagonalen een W vormen, of die in de vorm van rechthoeken met weinig verticalen in verhouding tot talrijke diagonale kapdelen van verschillende lengte.
